Mode of Payment & Terms
Cash, Mobile Money, Cheque, or Bank Deposit/Transfer.
50% Down payment required at reservation or at least 3 days before activity date.
Balance due not later than 3 days after the activity.
25% fee charged for cancellations 3 days prior.
50% forfeited for cancellations 1 day prior.
Client is fully responsible for any damage or loss of furniture and equipment.

Refugees and Ugandans from the host community. The center serves both, including women, youth, elders, and persons with disabilities.
You can book directly using our online booking request form above, or visit the center's administration desk in person to fill out a paper request form with our committee team.
Most community workshops, training programs, and sports pitch reservations have structured community rates or flexible pricing as listed above. Commercial activities and private events follow our standard quotation terms.
The Basecamp Multipurpose Community Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Sports pitches and gardens are accessible daily until dusk.
